The Program Manager I (Quality Coach Manager) provides direct supervision and support to the South Carolina Child Care & Resource Referral Network team of statewide Training & Development Directors (Quality Coaches) that provides technical assistance to parents, early childhood programs, and community partners as it relates to all the core components of the Department of Social Services, Division of Early Care and Education grant requirements.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in related field and 3 years related program experience, or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience.
For this position, the selected applicant must obtain two credentials, both from the Center for Child Care Career Development, within 12 months of employment. (1) Credential for a South Carolina Certiﬁed Trainer Credential in all areas of child development. (2) Credential for a South Carolina Certiﬁed Technical Assistance Provider Credential at the Generalist II level.
