Our Early Childhood Center is currently looking for warm and dynamic educators to add to our infant/toddler team. We are a welcoming, child-centered learning environment inspired by the work of Reggio Emilia. Working within a team of educators to listen to and observe children
Collaborating within a team to plan and facilitate open-ended learning opportunities that support children as they explore and discover
Creating and maintaining emotionally-responsive partnerships with parents
Documenting learning and making visible the ways in which children make sense of the world
Upholding school policies
Maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.
Experience as an infant/toddler educator
Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
Effective communication skills
Ability collaborate with children, colleagues and families
Friendly and reliable
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Certification in infant/child CPR
We are searching for candidates who can work either early hours, beginning at 7:30 am or the late afternoon hours until 6:00 pm.

About Moriah Early Childhood Center
For over 30 years, Moriah Early Childhood Center has been a part of the growth and development of thousands of children and their families. With a staff of approximately 45 teachers, we serve over 145 families each year. Our children can begin as infants and continue all through their pre-k year. Our half day program runs from 9:00am - 12:45am with extended hours beginning at 7:30am and until 6:00pm. Compensation is based upon experience and benefits are available.
