The Eugene campus of the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center provides interdisciplinary clinical services for persons with developmental disabilities and other special health care needs. CDRC Eugene programs and services are provided at the Clinical Services Building on the University of Oregon campus.
This position provides support to the Eugene branch of the Child Development & Rehabilitation Center by supervising, coordinating, and developing clinical administrative activities to ensure the smooth flow of patient care services and operations. Working directly with physicians, ancillary service providers, and the Practice Manager, this role is responsible to ensure adherence to OHSU ambulatory practice standards, provide excellent patient care service, participate in and assume responsibility for tasks associated with process improvement initiatives, and maximize revenue cycle opportunities. This position directly supervises PAS staff including hiring, discipline, training, oversight of productivity and standard expectations, holding monthly and one-on-one meetings, and conducting performance reviews.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical office or related background/ medical terminology.Two years experience in supervision.
Computer skills with various software programs (word processing/data bases/ spreadsheets). General principles of supervision and personnel management.
