Are you living your life's work? Position Description: Telephone triage of clients. Knowledge of medical necessity determinates for psychiatric/substance abuse crisis intervention. Utilize excellent communication skills, both spoken & written, for clinical assessment purposes. Responsible for organizing & maintaining clinical case management information in an electronic database. Knowledge of DSM-IV, APA Criteria, ASAM Criteria, HIPAA, and community resources.
