The Executive Director reports to and collaborates with a Board of Directors, a group of Center parents, and University/Healthcare employees.
The scope of the Executive Director's responsibilities will include oversight of the following:

Curriculum development, classroom quality, and Center programing
Child safety and nutrition standards
Enrollment and classroom transitions
General parent communications
Updating operations and policy manuals
Grant applications and special project funding
Participation with Board in fiscal policy
Fostering culture of diversity and inclusion
While oversight of these tasks is necessarily part of the job, the Executive Director will create a nimble organization by encouraging administrative staff to become knowledgeable of key day-to-day operations.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a relevant Master's degree and certification necessary to the Center's continued accreditation (or ability to acquire such certification). Experience managing a child care environment – or demonstrated potential to do so – is also preferred.
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience provided, including a health/dental insurance allowance and a retirement savings match. To apply, please send your resume (or c.v.) and cover letter to email@example.com. Applications accepted through November 24, 2019 and are being considered on a rolling basis.
