1. Lead and run RULER Out-of-School-Time trainings and planning meetings locally and nationally. 2. Develop culturally relevant curricular and extracurricular content for RULER that is aligned to CASEL, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) standards and Positive Youth Development (PYD best practices. 3. Coach OST clients to support and ensure fidelity of implementation of RULER OST programming. 4. Work with OST clients to identify SEL practices that support their mission and goals. 5. Work closely with the Evaluation and Assessment team to support program assessment and evaluation. 6. Serve as point of contact for current and prospective clients. 7. Document trainings, communication with clients, etc. 8. Manage staff including training and supervision of full time employees, consultants, and student workers. 9. May perform other duties as assigned.
