UMCH Family Services, a comprehensive community mental health and child welfare agency is seeking an individual to lead all clinical programs including outpatient, psychiatry and foster care. This individual will be a licensed mental health professional with several years of management experience in a like setting. This individual will have a background in the implementation of evidence-based programs. This is a full-time position for the Clinical Director reporting directly to the Executive Director. The individual will be a proven leader and become an integral part of the agency management team.
Must have the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor employees based on their learning needs. The successful candidate will have a Graduate Degree. Must be licensed as an independent practitioner in the State of Ohio (LISW-S, LPCC-S). Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and post-graduate experience in working with families and children in a community-based setting and 3-5 years in an administrative/supervisory capacity. Must be able to meet the public and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Paid training in Evidence-Based and Trauma-Informed Practices is provided

Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field
Child mental health experience preferred
Must have strong documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
Independent Licensure (LISW-S/LPCC-S)
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
