Job Description: The Director of Behavioral Health will manage the overall planning, development and implementation of behavioral health programs for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland (BCH Oakland).
Minimum Education: Master's Degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or Healthcare Related field). Ph.D. preferred
Minimum Experience: Five years of management experience with a clinical license and/or five years of overseeing child development or mental health operations. Advanced knowledge of California County Mental Health funding system, Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Supplemental Specialty Mental Health Services funding, and State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards for child development and mental health care delivery. Preferred County Mental Health and Health System Experience.
