Our program currently offers parents and tot, preschoolers, recreational and intermediate gymnastics for boys and girls, and competitive levels for girls (USAG and USAIGC).
The club is looking for a person with confident, fun and friendly personality. With proven experience in coaching competitive gymnastics, being able to develop gymnasts from the beginner levels to intermediate and competitive level. Providing a safe and fun environment for all gymnasts and managing a successful recreational program.
Manage a successful recreational program, maintaining and increasing participation numbers.
Development, planning and delivery of all recreational gymnastics’ activities and competitive groups assigned.
Ensure program quality and member/participant satisfaction.
To take lead of the recreational coaches’ team.
Talent identification within the beginners and intermediate levels.
Administrative duties: listed below.
Recreational activities: To plan, prepare, lead and supervise all the recreational activities and camps.
Coaching: To plan and lead designated coaching sessions, according to the gymnasts age and level, making sure that every gymnast is having a good experience and at the same time, achieving their goals. Be up to date on the current technical gymnastics’ requirements.
Assessments: To assess potential intermediate gymnasts and provide feedback of what group is best for them.
Staff management: To make sure all the recreational classes and activities are covered with the correct amount of staff.
Administration: To follow up with the recreational and intermediate groups attendance and contacting their families if needed. Perform all administrative duties as assigned such as boards updates, posters…
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
A College degree is mandatory and preferable to be related in spots or child development.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a team coach with supervisory and administrative experience.
Judging experience is also beneficial.
Excellent knowledge of gymnastics technique to efficiently prepare girls of all ages to compete USAG and USAIGC competitions.
Strong ability of spotting skills, for safety and skill development.
Understanding of gymnastics talent identification.
To possess visual and auditory ability to prevent and respond in critical incidents, and the physical ability to act swiftly in the event of an emergency situation.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the club.
Ability to manage, lead and motivate a group of gymnasts and coaches.
To have good time management skills, to show evidence of planning and organization. Lead by example.
Excellent administrative skills including competent IT skills, such as email, Excel, Word, Power Point and music edition.
To be willing to improve your Continuous Professional Development.

Quality Gymnastics is a gymnastics club on the beautiful island of Bermuda.
Quality Gymnastics opened its doors in 2015 with the purpose of promoting the sport of gymnastics and improving the quality of gymnasts produced on the island. We have enjoyed tremendous growth over the past 4 years with the development of successful recreational, intermediate, and competitive programs. Our competitive gymnasts currently compete in local competitions in Bermuda and in USAG and USIGC competitions in the United States. One of our goals is to develop some of our competitive gymnasts to reach the elite level and compete in FIG competitions.
