We are seeking to employ a professional and knowledgeable person in the field of infant cognitive stimulation to advise the CEO of Amiral Holdings on the stages and techniques of infant cognitive stimulation with particular focus on languages, music and the arts, reading, playing, sleeping, the foundation of mathematics, the sciences and a healthy and balanced basis for cognitive development.
The position is residential and requires an ability to travel. The person appointed to this position will also be required to keep up to date on the latest developments and trends in zero to three education for the purposes of informing the CEO and for the encouragement and awareness of these ideas and techniques within the Middle East, along with other professional educators, to the benefit of children’s education generally.
The appointed professional will be required to take on a training role to familiarise other professionals with the latest techniques and knowledge in this field and in time take on a coordinating managerial role with this expertise, within the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a creative flair and a objective outlook for new ideas and directions to oversee, design, resource and maintain and organise a clean, tidy, child friendly environment in multiple locations. He or she will advise the CEO on the provision and continuity of children's experience across different international locations and on the development of a wider approach to 0 to 3 education and its impact on society in the Egypt.
You will be able to provide evidence of at least 5 years working in a care or educational environment and of those five years, at least 2 years working with parents of infants aged between 0 and 3 years of age. You will be able to provide references in support of both the above.
The chosen candidate will have a preferred College or University Degree and possibly a current and valid caregiver certificate. You will have extensive experience working with infants in a health care or education context. Impeccable written and oral communication skills in English. Experience and knowledge working with clients from varied backgrounds, nationalities and languages. Ability to problem solve quickly and management skills and a knowledge of Health and Safety issues and laws, will be viewed positively.
Additional Salary Information: As this is a completely new position and there are no previous examples to go by, we will negotiate an appropriate level of remuneration with the successful candidate
