Home visiting program seeking an LCSW supervisor to provide weekly reflective supervision and professional development following the evidence-base home visiting Healthy Families America model. The goals of Healthy Families Delaware Program are to improve birth outcomes, reduce rates of child abuse, strengthen families, enhance child health and developmental outcomes, and promote family stability and economic self-sufficiency.
Individuals must be compassionate,
Experience in health education and home visiting preferred.
Experience, providing services to culturally diverse communities and families, required.
Experience in supervising and motivating staff, preferred.
Knowledge of infant and child development, parent-child attachment, and maternal-infant health dynamics of child abuse and neglect, required.
Background in prevention services to the 0-3 age population, preferred.
Travel required to visit families, and to attend trainings and meetings.
Office location to be determined. Supervise staff, state-wide.
Full time (37.5 hours/week) w/ benefits. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation and holiday pay, reimbursement for mileage and CEUS.
Experience with reflective practice preferred.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with LCSW, required.
Must have valid driver’s license, which meets the requirements of the agency’s insurance carrier.
Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings.
