Inspire Early Childhood is conducting a national search for a Director for our unique new program. An amazing 40-acre campus and state of the art learning facility is under construction now in Madison, WI. On-site exotic animals (zebras, kangaroos, camels and ring-tailed lemurs), nature exploration in neighboring 240-acre State Park, special art, music and Science classes and 5 unique playgrounds will offer students an unparalleled environment to explore. A new project approach-based curriculum will utilize this campus to immerse young children in rich and engaging learning experiences designed to develop a disposition for lifelong learning and success. Inspire's Director position is really all about creating a unique high quality early childhood program and providing excellent staff leadership and training. We anticipate having very strong enrollment and a great budget to grow our program and compensate staff. Administrative staff will handle all other functions. This will allow our Director to concentrate on developing an innovative and powerful new early childhood program and a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Requirements: If you're a proven leader, have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood (or related field), 5 years of experience in early childhood and the appropriate credentials for the position, we would love to talk with you about this unique opportunity!
