Responsible for processing monthly timesheets for non-exempt and exempt employees, updating leave balances, and point of contact with HR when unique situations arise regarding FMLA, LWOP, short-term disability, etc. Monitors general office supplies and testing protocol inventory levels and reorders through PORT or with other approved vendors. Review and distribute phone bills to staff and point of contact with ITCS for discrepancies. Process monthly motor fleet travel and schedule cars daily for clinic visits to ensure quarterly mileage is met. This also includes monitoring required timelines for car maintenance/mileage for potential surplus and proactively addressing these items. Serves as backup for other Administrative Support personnel, including job assignments of but not limited to, fixed asset reporting, processing provider/interpreter invoices, and travel reimbursement.
