SUPERVISOR:Coordinatorof East and Upper East CCR&Rs
The Resourceand Referral Quality Coach is a part of East TN CCR&R and Tennessee ChildCare Resource and Referral Statewide Network and provides training, technicalassistance and support to childcare programs and families in an east 10 countyregion of the stateto improve thequality of child care. Additionally the Quality Coach works in collaborationwith community agencies that interface with families.
·Bachelor'sdegree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a closely relatedfield and three years' experience in direct service and management working withchildren birth - twelve, their families or programs that serve them OR Master'sdegree in Early Childhood Education or related field and two years' experiencein direct service and management working with children birth - twelve, theirfamilies or programs that serve them.
·Thorough knowledge of TN Quality Ratingand Improvement System, DHS licensing requirements, and the professionaldevelopment system for child care providers in TN
·Demonstration of skills in the areas ofresearch and content development for training modules and facilitation oftraining and coaching
·Strong interpersonal and written/verbalcommunication skills
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflexible hours
