This position is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that reports to the Associate Director.
University NOW (UNOW), located on the Princeton University campus, is seeking a highly qualified Infant/Toddler Program Coordinator (PC) to oversee and provide support to the children, families and teachers of the Infant and Toddler wing within our new state of the art facility.

UNOW offers full day, full year care with regular hours of operation Monday - Friday between 8:00 - 6:00 pm. Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Infant and Toddler program (7 classrooms, 28 staff and 64 children - ages 3 months to 30 months)
Supervise, observe and evaluate the Lead and Associate Teachers of each classroom
Responsible for scheduling substitutes and maintaining adult-to-child ratios
Oversight of the daily teacher-to-parent communications
Maintain inventory and purchase orders of materials and supplies
Be a support to families and a liaison between the teaching staff and administration
Ensure all licensing, accreditation standards and regulations are met and that documentation is maintained
Support teachers with Assessment Tools, Curriculum implementation and Technology use
Be an integral part of UNOW's management team and assumes a leadership role in the ongoing professional development and program services
Offer an area of expertise that will support the program as a whole i.e., Special Needs, Family Involvement, Literacy and Language, The Arts, etc.

Required Education, Preferred Work Experience and Special Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or an equivalent as defined by NAEYC and 5 year's experience in a leadership position in the Education field
Preferred Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Preferred Certification in Infant/Toddler care and development
A minimum of three (3) year's experience as and Early Childhood Educator and two (2) year's experience as a Program Coordinator or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Three (3) year's experience teaching in an Infant/Toddler classroom
Two (2) year's experience supervising, monitoring staff performance; mentoring and providing training and staff development plans
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and other teaching technology and software
Criminal background check, fingerprint clearance, recent physical and TB results. Current CPR/First Aid. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other Federal, State and Local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. with or without assistance.
