Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking a licensed, Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our growing Child Psychology team. Our newest services focus in two areas that require Pediatric Neuropsychology support: Our Pediatric Epilepsy Center, which will provide the full spectrum of services including inpatient EMU and epilepsy surgery, and our new Boh Center for Child Development.

The new Boh Center for Child Development is opening this fall, which will provide comprehensive interdisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic treatment for children with developmental and neuro-cognitive delay.
We offer a full range of pediatric care from primary to quaternary care, with services offered in many subspecialties.
Advanced complex interventional cardiology and congenial heart surgery, gastroenterology/hepatology, orthopedic surgery, oncology and heart, liver and bone marrow transplant.as well as: Allergy, Cardiology, Critical Care Medicine, Dermatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Hematology/Oncology, Hospital Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Medical Genetics, Neonatology, Nephrology/Hypertension, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Epileptology, Ophthalmology/Optometry, Orthopedics, Physiatry/Sports Medicine, Craniofacial and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, General Pediatric Surgery, Transplant, and Urology.
Ochsner for Children also has a Pediatric Anesthesiology Team, Pediatric CV Surgery Anesthesia Team and Pediatric Radiology.
We collaborate with our nationally recognized adult partners to provide young adult transitional care in a variety of specialties.
Ochsner Hospital for Children operates a dedicated pediatric emergency department, a 33 bed pediatric unit, 14 bed level I PICU, 54 bed level IV regional referral NICU, and a 12 bed CVICU with in-house intensivists and full time pediatric hospitalist medicine service. Our team serves a board geographic area encompassing the entire Gulf South region by leveraging a system of satellite clinics and extensive telemedicine capabilities, as well as a dedicated, full-time, pediatric transport team providing ground, rotary and fixed wing transports across the entire region.
The Section of Child Psychology currently includes five Psychologists, one of whom is focused on severe and chronic disease and four of whom are focused on diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delay.
The Department of Pediatrics is responsible for teaching pediatric residents from the Tulane-Ochsner Pediatric residency program, as well as medical student from two universities.
