The Child First Early Childhood Clinician will provide intensive, home-based intervention with children age birth through six and their families as part of a team with a Child First Care Coordinator. This will include comprehensive assessment of child and family strengths and needs, development of a comprehensive, coordinated family-driven treatment plan, and psychotherapeutic parent-child intervention. UCFS provides regular weekly team, individual, and group reflective supervision and licensure supervision. There is also a significant amount of training provided including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), attachment and developmental trauma.
Licensing supervision provided. Our therapists are provided an encouraging and collaborative team environment. Training provided for orientation and onboarding, evidence-based models, and CEU training.

Master's Degree (MA, MFT, MSW) with one to three years prior experience or training in social services CT State Licensure preferred: LCSW, LMFT, LPC 2 years’ experience working with young children and families with significant behavioral health needs strongly preferred.
