The Michigan State University Early Learning Institute is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our early intensive behavioral intervention program for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The Early Learning Institute (ELI) provides full day behavioral therapy in an inclusive environment, family training in behavior analysis, and offers behavior analytic training opportunities for University students. The MSU ELI offers an exciting environment for delivering behavior analytic programming to children and families while working with world renowned University research faculty. We provide continuous professional development opportunities for all staff, including opportunities to participate on research teams, attend and present at conferences, and interact with interdisciplinary service providers. The BCBA will work closely with multiple BCBA-D’s and will receive extensive training in naturalistic behavior interventions, family training, peer-mediated interventions and instruction, and behavioral skills training.
The position responsibilities include: comprehensive behavioral assessment, developing and overseeing behavior analytic programming for children with ASD, participation in family training and care coordination, providing training to behavioral technicians and university students, and potential for supervising applied behavior analysis students in practicum settings and conducting research studies.
