- Requires 60 college hours with 6 in child development, elementary education, or related fields.
- 30 college hours with 6 hours in child development, elementary education or related fields and one(1) year of experience
- Must demonstrate basic reading, writing, and communication skills at a level consistent with entry into college.
- Bicultural/Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

This position is full-time, however, it involves a seasonal work schedule which means the employee works part-time hours during the school year and full-time hours during the summer, during school holidays and spring break.
