Ohio University Chillicothe Campus is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach early childhood education courses in the fall 2017 semester. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood philosophy and methods endorsed by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
The course will meet face-to-face on the Chillicothe Campus, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field required by the time of application,with significant (at least 18 hours) post graduate level course work in child development, including infant and toddler education, and assessment in early childhood education.
Instructors need a minimum of 3-years engaged in teaching children (birth through grade three) at the time of application.
Prior College Teaching Experience preferred.
