1. Bachelor's degree in art or equivalent education (a combination of sculpture experience and knowledge of child development and curriculum)
2. Master's degree preferable
3. Five years teaching woodworking and sculpture
4. Ability to work collaboratively and an interest in an interdisciplinary approach to education
