Manage all day-to-day operations of the center, including developing center activities and programs, overseeing the budget, and establishing and communicating appropriate policies and procedures for staff, parents, and children.
Supervise training and scheduling of staff and students
Monitor and maintain compliance with ODJFS licensing, Step Up to Quality, and other national accreditation guidelines.
Monitor and maintain accurate records which adhere to all state and appropriate accrediting agency guidelines.
Determine program needs and acquire supplies, materials and equipment for the center
Manage the programmatic, reporting, and budgetary obligations of the 3-campus CCAMPIS grant.
Promote and market Campus Kids.

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
Must meet all licensing requirements for the State of Ohio regarding employment with children.
At least two years of experience implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum in a licensed early childhood program serving toddlers and preschoolers.
