The College of Education at Grand Valley State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant or Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education beginning August 2018. Qualifications include a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered if completed by August 31, 2018. Primary responsibilities include: teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in early childhood education; supervising candidates in the field; advising students in early childhood education programs, providing leadership in the broader child development and education community at state and local levels, pursuing scholarly interests; participating in program evaluation and accreditation and providing service to the unit, university and profession.
