As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement individualized learning activities that meet the social, emotional, developmental, and intellectual needs of the 3-5 year old children in your Preschool for All classroom. You will assess and document children’s developmental progress, conduct parent/teacher conferences, care for children’s needs, and help maintain NAEYC standards throughout the center.

Develop and implement individualized learning activities for the children in your classroom.
Conduct developmental screenings, weekly child observations, and regular assessments, then use that information to guide your lesson planning.
Rely on your education and expertise to maintain a classroom environment where children feel safe and excited about learning.
Provide primary care-giving for children.
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent ECE credits
Illinois Professional Educator's license (Type 04 Certificate or Early Childhood endorsement)
