We are now hiring for a full-time Social Worker I to join our Team!
The Social Worker I will be providing mental health consultation services for children 0-5 years old in the Head Start Center-Based and Early Head Start Home Visiting Program.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides Mental Health consultation services for children ages 0-5 years old for Head Start Center-Based and Early Head Start Home Visiting program.
Conducts individual observations of children, parent and teacher consults, family counseling, play therapy and provision of workshops for parents and staff.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
LSW or LPC required
Must have strong clinical skills, including knowledge of child mental health.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have access to a vehicle, proof of insurance and valid driver’s license to perform essential job functions.
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
